Quinn received his MD degree from Colombia University in 1988 and did an internal medicine residency at USAF Medical Center, Keesler. He did initial allergy/immunology training at WHMC from 1992 to 1994. He returned to do a 3rd year of fellowship in 1998 and remained on the staff before assuming the Chief position in 2006.
