Jim received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma. He did an internship and pediatric residency in the University of Texas Hospitals. He trained in allergy at the WHMC program from 1980-82. After his commitment, he joined the Oklahoma Allergy Clinic In Oklahoma City where he practiced until his retirement.
