Russell Walker, MD

Russell Walker, M.D., FAAAAI, FACAAI

Board Certified – Allergy & Immunology

Dr. Rusty Walker joined the Allergy & Asthma Center in January 2020.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he majored in biology and zoology.  He attended the University of Tennessee School of Medicine in Memphis and completed his medical degree in 1991.  He completed residency at David Grant USAF Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in California, where he trained in Pediatrics. Dr. Walker completed Allergy-Asthma-Immunology fellowship training at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. He served for two years as a staff physician, practicing allergy and immunology for Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi prior to beginning private practice in Chattanooga in 2000.  Dr. Walker is Board Certified in Allergy-Immunology and is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Allergy-Asthma-Immunology and the American College of Allergy-Asthma-Immunology.

Charles N. Webb, MD

Originally from Idaho, Dr. Charles “Chip” Webb is very excited to be joining The Allergy Group to continue his career and deliver high quality patient care in the specialty of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He has an extensive amount of experience practicing as a board-certified Allergist and Immunologist for all age groups but also is board-certified through the American Academy of Pediatrics and is specialized in caring for children with allergic, asthmatic and immunologic conditions. Dr. Webb is an alumni from BYU Provo and graduated with honors. He then continued his studies through UC Davis at the David Grant Medical Center on Travis AFB to complete his Pediatric residency. He then pursued his fellowship in Allergy at the Wilford Hall Medical Center on Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Webb has graciously provided his skills and services to the Airforce and further pursued studies in Aerospace Medicine at Brooks AFB and was a distinguished graduate. He has been deployed multiple times all over the world and personally led a 15 member humanitarian effort in the country of Belize. He has been awarded the USAF Commendation Medal: Meritorious Services Award and has become a Clinical Consultant for the Europe and U.S. Airforce Surgeon General. He has previously worked locally on the Mountain Home AFB as Flight Surgeon and Chief of Medical Staff. He has also practiced for over 12 years in the Allergy and Immunology Specialty for the US AFB in Colorado, the RAF (Royal Air Force) in England and the Lackland AFB in Texas. He has recently published work in the Annals of Allergy, the official journal for the College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and has presented for the Department of Allergy and Immunology at Wilford Hall Medical Center. We are very happy and fortunate to announce that Dr. Chip Webb is joining The Allergy Group!

Christopher W. Webber, MD
Dr. Christopher Webber joined Optum in Fall of 2016. He has over 10 years’ experience in Internal Medicine and Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Webber is also a veteran and retired from the Air Force in October of 2016. When he’s not helping patients keep their allergies in control, Dr. Webber enjoys running, cycling, obstacle events, woodworking and spending time with his family.

Kirk M. Weibel, MD

Dr. Kirk Waibel is Board Certified in Allergy & Immunology and joins the Aspire Allergy & Sinus team after serving 22 years in the United States Army, most recently as the Chief of the Allergy Service at Brooke Army Medical Center and the Allergy Consultant to the Army Surgeon General. He is also the only allergist who is trained and administering the ExACT Immunoplasty℠ procedure, and one of the few offering OIT in San Antonio. 

Samuel L. Weiss, MD

Dr. Samuel Weiss practices Allergy and Immunology care in LACKLAND AFB, TX. Dr. Weiss specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma and other allergic diseases. Allergist-Immunologists are trained and certified to treat each patients sensitivity and response to allergens of varying severity. Pricilla H. Wong, MD

Dr. Priscilla Wong grew up in northern California and completed her undergraduate degree at Stanford University where she majored in Human Biology. She graduated medical school at the Uniformed Services University School of Medicine, the nation’s federal medical school, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She then completed a combined adult and pediatric allergy immunology fellowship at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Wong is board certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Wong was recently practicing at Stanford University where she was a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine. At Stanford, Dr. Wong was active in program development and teaching residents and fellows-in-training. She also has global experience as a pediatrician and allergy immunology physician in the US Air Force, including at Luke Air Force Base where she hosted medical students in her allergy clinic and directed the operation of several clinics.

Dr. Wong is active in allergy research and has published over a dozen articles in peer reviewed scientific journals. She enjoys giving lectures and research presentations at national conferences. Dr. Wong has received numerous awards, including the Esprit de Corp award for her humanistic qualities upon graduation from medical school, the outstanding graduating resident award, two Air Force Commendation Medals, and several research awards at the national level. Dr. Wong is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Sandy K. Yip, MD

Originally from New York, Dr. Sandy Yip is a board-certified allergist and asthma specialist. Utilizing evidence-based practices and education, she works with patients of every age and demographic to improve their overall health and quality of life. Dr. Yip served in the US Air Force before settling in Nevada. She is fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese), with some knowledge of Spanish and Japanese. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
