Bob did his fellowship training in Allergy/Immunology at Scripps Clinic in California . He joined the Pediatric Department at WHMC about 1955 and established the Allergy/Immunology Fellowship Program within the Department of Medicine in 1962. The program became active in 1964 when accepting the first fellow. Bob took an administrative position in 1967 and served in several capacities until retirement. He joined the McGovern Clinic in Houston until his death in (2007?)
